Services/Theatre & event artwork

Sell the show before curtain up.

Posters, programmes, banners and social campaigns for theatres, societies and events. Years of show artwork means I know how to make a title jump off a noticeboard, and how to build a programme that survives the interval.

What you get

One strong piece of key artwork, rolled out across everything the show needs. Your quotation lists each piece.

  • Show poster & key artwork from A5 flyers to big-format posters, built around one strong idea
  • Programmes: covers, cast pages, adverts and credits, laid out and print-ready
  • Banners & front of house: pop-ups, roller banners and venue signage
  • Social media campaign: announcements, cast reveals, countdowns and last-chance posts
  • Tickets, flyers & adverts for print, websites and local press
  • Season brochures that bring a whole year of shows together

Licensing sorted. Credits, billing sizes and logos required by rights holders are built in from the start, so approvals go through first time.

How a show campaign works

  1. Step 1

    The brief

The show, the dates, the venue, the rights holder’s requirements and the feeling you want to sell.

  2. Step 2

    Key artwork

A strong central image and title treatment, developed and refined with you.

  3. Step 3

    Roll-out

Poster to programme to socials: every piece adapted from the same artwork.

  4. Step 4

    Print & deliver

Print-ready files on time, or printing managed by me, ready for your opening night.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Every show campaign is quoted on its outline, because no two jobs are quite the same. Send me the details and you’ll get a clear, fixed quotation showing exactly what’s included.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

As early as you can, ideally when the show is confirmed. Your quotation includes a timeline worked back from your print and publicity dates.

Can you work with the rights holder’s requirements?

Yes. Billing, credits and logos are built in from the first draft, and I’ll prepare versions for approval if needed.

Can you design the programme too?

Yes, and it’s best done together: the programme then looks like part of the same production.

Can you handle the printing?

I can arrange printing and delivery, or supply print-ready files to the printer you already use.

Got a show coming up?

Send me the title, dates and venue. You’ll get a clear quotation and a timeline that hits your publicity dates.
